How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at jetmountpro.store@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Before sending the item back, ensure it is in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or components. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at jetmountpro@gmail.com if the item is damaged or defective. If you receive the wrong item, or if the item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a free replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
